You can update all plugins at once by clicking the "Update All Plugins" button. This action will check if updates are available for all installed plugins and apply them automatically.

Toggle the activation status of individual plugins using the switch next to each plugin name. Active plugins will have their switch enabled, while inactive plugins will have their switch disabled.

For each plugin, you can enable or disable automatic updates by toggling the dedicated switch. When enabled, the plugin is automatically updated to the latest version as soon as an update is available, improving security and performance.

Update plugins individually by clicking the "Update" button next to the relevant plugin. This process is useful if you want to closely monitor the update process or if you think a specific plugin is causing issues.

If an update causes issues, you can revert to a previous plugin version using the rollback feature. Simply select the desired version from the list of available versions on WordPress.org and click "Rollback to this version".

Delete a plugin by clicking the delete icon next to its name. This action will permanently remove the plugin from your site. Active plugins must first be deactivated before they can be deleted.

Activate a theme by toggling the switch next to its name. Activating a theme applies its design and settings to your site, replacing the current theme. Only one theme can be active at a time.

Update themes by clicking the "Update" button next to the relevant theme. By keeping your themes up to date, you get the latest features, improvements and security fixes.

Delete unused themes to free up space and reduce security risks. The active theme cannot be deleted. You must first activate another theme.

Search for users by entering a username, email address or display name in the search bar. You can also filter by role to quickly find specific users.

Create new users by filling out the form with username, email, password and desired role. The user will automatically receive their credentials.

When starting, tick "Back up each site before updating it" and choose the destination. If a site's backup fails, that site is not updated. Each backup then appears in the site's Backups tab, with its origin and, for the cloud, a direct link to the archive.
