How it works

Maintenance reports let you generate detailed PDFs about your WordPress sites' status and send them automatically to your clients.

Configure the report

Set the recipient, sections to include, and visual customization of the report.

Generate the PDF

The report is automatically generated with all data from the selected period.

Send to client

The PDF report is sent by email to the recipient, automatically or manually.

Track engagement

Monitor email opens, downloads, and view the complete history.

Configuration

Each site can have multiple report configurations with different recipients and schedules.

Go to the Reports tab in the site details.

Add the recipient's name and email address.

Select the sections to include in the report.

Customize the report with your logo, colors, and texts.

Choose the sending frequency (automatic or manual).

Scheduling

Choose between automatic scheduled sending or manual generation of your reports.

Automatic mode

The report is generated and sent automatically at the chosen frequency and preferred time.

Manual mode

You generate the report when you want, preview it, and decide when to send it.

Branding

Customize your reports with your visual identity for a professional look.

Company name

Display your company name in the report header.

Custom logo

Upload your logo (JPEG, PNG, SVG, WebP, max 2 MB) to include in the report.

Primary color

Set the primary color used for headings and accents in the report.

Introduction text

Add a personalized message at the beginning of the report for your client.

Closing text

Add a closing message to thank your client or offer your services.

Tracking & History

Track your clients' engagement and view the complete history of all sent reports.

Open tracking

Know when your client opens the email containing the report via tracking pixel.

Download tracking

Count how many times the PDF report has been downloaded.

Full history

View the history of all generated reports with dates and covered periods.

Real-time status

Track the status of each report: pending, generating, ready, sent, opened.

Report statuses

PendingThe report is created and awaiting generation.
GeneratingThe PDF report is being generated.
ReadyThe report is generated and ready to be sent or downloaded.
SentThe report has been sent by email to the recipient.
OpenedThe recipient has opened the email containing the report.
