NexaWP Manager keeps watch over your WordPress sites. An automatic health check runs every 5 minutes to assess availability, response time, SSL certificate validity and resource usage of your sites.

How Monitoring Works

Once enabled, monitoring performs a health check every 5 minutes. The collected data is aggregated into a health score from 0 to 100, giving an instant view of your site's condition.

The system checks your site every 5 minutes.

Metrics Analysis

Response time, SSL certificate, memory, and accessibility are evaluated.

Score Calculation

A health score from 0 to 100 is calculated from the collected metrics.

Automatic Alerts

Alerts are created and you are notified when issues are detected.

Activation and Configuration

Setting up monitoring is simple and takes only a few seconds.

Go to your site's detail page in NexaWP Manager

Click on the "Monitoring" tab then "Enable Monitoring"

Health Score

The health score is a value from 0 to 100 representing your site's overall status. It is automatically calculated with each health check.

90-100

Excellent

Optimal performance, no issues detected

75-89

Good

Healthy site with minor performance issues

50-74

Fair

Some areas require attention

25-49

Poor

Significant issues affecting performance

0-24

Score Deduction Factors

Site unreachable = Score of 0
Response time > 2000ms = -30 points
Response time > 1000ms = -15 points
Response time > 500ms = -5 points
Memory usage > 80% = -10 points
Invalid SSL certificate = -20 points

Monitored Metrics

Several key metrics are collected with each health check to assess your site's status.

Uptime

Percentage of time your site is accessible over 24h, 7d, and 30d.

Response Time

Measures server response speed in milliseconds.

Memory Usage

Percentage of memory used by your WordPress site.

SSL Certificate

Verification of your certificate's validity and expiration.

Alert Types

NexaWP Manager automatically generates alerts when issues are detected on your sites.

Site Offline

Immediate alert when your site becomes unreachable.

Slow Response Time

Notification if the response time exceeds 3 seconds.

SSL Expiration

Alert before your SSL certificate expires.

High Memory

Notification when memory usage exceeds 80%.
